Project Progress Calculation 

• If the project is linked to an action then the project targets will be as per the targets set in and the actuals are based on the actuals of the action.

• However if the project is not linked to an action and project has no task then the project progress percentage is 0%.

• If the project is not linked to an action and project has tasks then the project progress is average percent complete for the top level tasks of the project. If no tasks are linked to a project, Actual percent complete is 0%

Performance Progress

• If the project is linked to an action then;

On track - Project Performance <=100

Monitor -  Project Performance >= 85 and <100

Off Track - Project Performance < 85

• If the project is not linked to an action and project has no task and if the project start and end dates have been started already or finished, then 'project performance' will be off track else if the project start/ end date is a future dates then performance will be on track.
