Link a Project to a New Action

STEP 1: Click the 'New Action' button.

You will be directed to the page shown below. By default the Action title will be the same as the project title. You can change it as required.

STEP 2: Specify the following details and click 'Save'.

Field	Description / Instructions	Mandatory / Optional
Business Unit	Allows to select a Business Unit. Business units are populated directly through the Framework > Business Unit area	Optional
Service	Service profile will default to the primary service profile selected in the project linkage and use the dropdown selections to change service profile if required.	Optional
Action	Name of the Action. You can modify as required.	Mandatory
Action tick boxes	Enables selection of the action tick boxes	Optional
Ref	Allows to define the action reference number	Optional
